Thankful to finally share about Savoirsam's bohemian bridal party.
We do plan several shoots in a year, but this one has to be one of my favourites so far!
"Warm tones, free-spirited and accessories are three big things that speak out loud to me about a Bohemian Theme Party. Therefore, I’ve chosen to style the food spread with mainly communial dishes, beautiful spring colours, embellished with flowers. They really stress-free recipes that the bridesmaids can cook together for this intimate girls affair." - Alicia, Pout & Chow
The bohemian styling fit perfectly at Raw, Antelope's Studio gorgeous space. We love the concrete walls and parquet floors, flooded with natural daylight in the spacious studio.
The team had wanted to work together on a "Moroccan boho rhapsody” inspired shoot that focuses on intimate communal dining in style, complete with Pout & Chow's delicious platters that not only looked good, but also tasted great.
"With an earth-tone colour scheme in mind, we created a natural harmony and effortless bohemian style by mixing elements of the old and new while exploring the layering different materials, patterns & textures." - Lalu, Wulala!
It was a cosy get-together for Samantha and her best girls, who have been so supportive during her wedding planning. We wanted to capture the chemistry and fun times the girls have with each other.
Rich shades of brown, taupe and sand, complete with touches of green and vibrant reds. Two sets of wardrobe lent a different look - the first set was sweet shades of blush and champagne, a favourite of brides, while the second all-white set featured dreamy romantic lace pieces, a staple for any bohemian goddess.
Hen's parties are getting increasingly popular, not just for the 'gram but really to show appreciation to your best girls for their help in wedding planning. We wanted to show that hen's parties need not only be limited to a hotel or restaurant, but they can be stylish and unique too.
We hope you enjoyed the spread as much as we did!
