Why hello! A little backlogged on the blog entries,
but I've been excited to share about the story behind this styled shoot.
Dear Sheryl, whom I've known for a year now,
responded to our casting call as a bride-to-be.
Last year, we did a styled shoot at Alcove at Caldwell House just months before Sheryl's big day.
Fast forward to a year later, Sheryl is now expecting her very first bundle of joy!
I'm so happy for this bubbly lady, and what a better way than to gather with other creatives for a fun announcement shoot.
and our beloved
Iheartblooms, we styled this clean and intimate shoot with lots of greenery.
I've been working hard on this beautiful gown that I named
The Ethereal.
Featuring a unique hi-lo hemline, lovely scalloped lace train and our signature scalloped front and flutter sleeves, Sheryl really wore our dressing gown so prettily.
I may be slightly obsessed with my own creation :D
Then camera-shy Mr Tan also hopped in for a few shots!
It truly makes me happy to connect with my customers,
being a small part of their journey,
making their bridal robes then maternity robes.
Congrats to the happy couple Mr & Mrs Tan, and wishing Sheryl a smooth delivery!
Love,
Amanda
