A Journey Concludes
Dear customers,
I pen this heartfelt message to express our gratitude for the journey we have shared together. After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our physical store once our lease ends in October 2023.
The decision comes after a thorough evaluation of various factors such as operating expenses and manpower issues. While we have cherished serving this community and getting to know each of you, several circumstances have led us to this conclusion.
It has been an honor to serve you and be a part of your intimate moments. We invite you to visit us during our remaining days of operation to take advantage of exclusive discounts as a token of our gratitude for your loyal support.
We will still continue to operate online and explore more stockists and pop-up opportunities.
This is also a time to embark on new adventures and opportunities for creative growth. I am elated to launch POP Studio – a styled creative space and photo studio for family, maternity, pets & more!
Our last operating day at Raffles Hotel Arcade is 28 October 2023. Thank you for being a valued part of our Bells & Birds family. We will cherish the memories we've created together and I look forward to welcoming you in our upcoming light-filled space :)
