- Q: How many pieces can I expect?
A: Each bag will consist of 2-3 pcs - a mix of slips / camis / robes / PJs. Do note that the more detailed you are, it narrows down our selection. So leave it vague if you can, and we'll impress you!
- Q: Can I select specific items I want?
A: Unfortunately the idea works on 'mystery' and we promise it will be a great value, so we can't accommodate requests to pick out the pieces to be fair to all customers.
- Q: Can I exchange for something else if it doesn't fit?
A: As grab bags are considered final sale, exchanges or returns can't be made. Please let us know your size clearly if unsure, so we will only send items that will fit you.
- Q: I intend to get this for someone! Can you gift wrap it with a message?
A: Absolutely, gifting is our specialty and it'll be packaged in our signature gift box.
- Q: Is courier included? Can I opt to self-collect?
A: Yes, courier is complimentary on orders above $80. You're welcome to self-collect from our store at Raffles Hotel Arcade too, as soon as the order has been packed (you’ll be notified via email).
